Mind Body Wellness Series

The Harlem Wellness Center and the Columbia | Wellness Center have partnered up to offer a 13-week virtual wellness program for Fall 2020: Mind Body Wellness Series. The program will take place every Monday and Thursday at 7:00PM ET on Zoom starting on Monday, September 21st and ending on Thursday, December 17th.
ABOUT THE SERIES:
Connect with individuals in a safe and open environment, engage in fun and interactive mindfulness activities, and gain tools and knowledge to support your well-being. Weekly health and wellness topics are discussed. For a list of our schedule, see below.
Internet connection and/or WiFi is required to attend. Registration is recommended but ALL are welcome. To enter each session, you will need the meeting ID # and the passcode, which can be found below:

Vivian Williams-Kurutz is founder and executive director of Harlem Wellness Center, health activist, community organizer, speaker, yoga and meditation teacher, and writer. Vivian is also a 2016-2019 Columbia Community Scholar and business owner.

Columbia | Wellness Center offers health resources and education to empower people to make healthy lifestyle adjustments. The center offers free preventative health screenings, health insurance enrollment assistance, and health counseling; as well as free health education workshops.
