Come join us for our first outdoor community event. Saturday morning… grab coffee from JOMO, get a workout session to build your strength AND get performance tips for your everyday healthy lifestyle!
Bring a friend, your calendar, a mat, exercise bands and a set of dumbbells. (if you don’t have anything, come anyway!)
