When trying to land a job, which is more important?


Network, Network, Network! Many say that is the key to finding and landing the job of your dreams. I tend to agree because my last three roles were secured in this manner. Additionally, I’ve made introductions on behalf of friends and colleagues who have ultimately land in great positions. However, I don’t think that a well-written resume is something that should be overlooked either. As a recruiter, I’ve come across several stand-out resumes that were placed in the “yes” pile and far too many that were quickly rejected. What do you think? Which is more important?
