The subsequent EEO-1 Report that is produced is used by attorneys, human resources professionals, and consulting agencies in affirmative action planning . It is also used in the enforcement of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 by the EEOC.
The deadline for the EEO-1 Annual Survey submission is September 30, 2015.
What are the requirements?
Federal law requires that all private employers with 100 or more employees and federal government contractors or first-tier subcontractors with 50 or more employees and a contract/subcontract of $50,000 or more must file the EEO-1 report.
How do I complete the survey?
The EEOC established an EEO-1 survey website that provides instructions, Q&As, sample forms, an EEO-1 Job Classification Guide, and additional information and resources to help you properly complete the survey.
