Our Service Desk is a 100% US based, 24×7 Level 1 and Level 2 Service Desk. We provide professional and experienced personnel to address your customers’ needs no matter the hour. We will work directly with your organization – large or small – to get your Service up and running with appropriate knowledge transfer, and ongoing updates as your products and services also evolve. You will have executive level and detail access to our Service Desk information system to track any open or closed items we are addressing, as well as an executive summary of call volumes and trends. We will provide back to your organization key agreed to metrics, such as first call resolution, along with Problem analysis that will reduce call volumes and improve customer satisfaction. We can proactively survey customers on product satisfaction as well as call resolution upon your request.
