Nichole M. Brownlee, SPHR, SHRM-SCP is the Owner and President of Penn Talent, LLC. She is a highly accomplished Human Resources professional known for providing leadership in the recruitment and selection of top talent, development of optimal staff performance, policy development and interpretation, advising on recruitment plans, and consultation on general HR issues of varying complexities. As President, she actively oversees all aspects of the company by providing leadership and oversight. She is the chief point of contact for employers, candidates, and strategic business partners across the U.S.
With an extensive HR background in the effective leverage of staff and corporate resources, Nichole’s consultation services have been instrumental in providing businesses with a spectrum of high caliber operations, systems, and programs. She has worked with several senior executives and managers to develop a range of policies and procedures; recruit highly effective top talent; create optimal performance management systems; and provide counsel on general HR workplace issues. Nichole holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and served several years as a volunteer leader for the Garden State Council (GSC)– SHRM in several capacities which include: chairing various committees, being elected to serve as Secretary, Garden State Council (2014); and being selected to serve as the 2011 Chair for the GSC-SHRM annual conference and exposition attended by over 700 Human Resources professionals and vendors.
Currently, she is an active Board Member for The Power of the Dream which is a non-profit organization with the mission to create jobs and advocate for adults with autism and/or intellectual developmental disabilities (IDD). She also works as a volunteer career coach for Dress for Success Triangle NC.

With a personal passion for process improvement, Six Sigma Black Belt, combined with a love of technology, Joe relishes helping companies overcome barriers and deliver working software to customers and internal staff.
